IMPORTANT : You must have the "Automated processes" module to access these functions.
Introduction
It is possible to create an automated process without using a wizard.
To find out how to create a wizard-driven process, see "Creation of a wizard-driven process" .
To do this, you can first select the clients who will be on your "Start List".
From the desired management, filter the clients to be added to the list, then click on the "Create an automated process from the active list" button.
You can then name your automated process and click on "Ok" to create it.
When the process is created, the first "Start list" action will be automatically created, along with the pre-configured filter which will have the same name as your automated process.
Add actions
Once your process has been created from your selection, go to the process ("Send"/ "Automated process" menu) to finalize the configuration.
You can then add actions to your process.

Email configuration
Once your automated process actions are in place, you'll be able to configure the various emails in your automated process.

Start a process
Once you've completed all the above steps, you're ready to start your automated process.
