IMPORTANT : You must have the "Automated processes" module to access these functions.
Introduction
There are two ways to create an automated process: by using the wizard or by creating a manual process.
To find out how to create a process manually, see "Creation of a manual process".
When you create your first automated process, you'll need to configure the distribution list template that will be used in subsequent processes.

Creation of an automated process using the wizard
The automated process creation wizard guides you through the creation of your process by asking you a few questions.
Go to "Automated process management" ("Mailings", "Automated processes" menu) and click on the 
.
Once you've selected the desired template, the wizard will guide you through the various steps involved in the creation of your process.
When all the steps have been completed, click on "Done" from the wizard to create the automated process.
You will then be able to modify the process.
Email configuration
You can then configure the email(s) that will be sent from this automated process.

Start a process
Once all the emails have been configured, you're ready to start your automated process.
